Worst company I have used to date
For all the reasons stated in other reviews. Wish I had researched them on TrustPilot first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The Worst Company I Have Ever Had The Displeasure To Use
One star only because zero stars was not an option.
They bare-face lie to you and skirt around contractual requirements. They eventually cost my company thousands of pounds a day in lost revenue when my website got a virus and I found out they had none, thats NONE, of the monthly backups I contractually paid for, and the daily backups I contractually paid additional money for. Not only that, each person I talked to told me another story (read "lie") which differed every time, and then had the audacity tell me I had got it wrong and that they never received the calls, even though my company has this lovely policy of recording all outgoing calls so i have proof I did and a recording of the conversation.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE.
