Great site!

Comprehensive website, value for money and speedy delivery. Can't comment on customer services as I didn't really need to contact them. Would definitely use again.

Good product, extremely disappointed with the customer service

I had a few problems with my order which took a long time to resolve. No one from the customer services team really took ownership of the issue and I had to chase endlessly to get it resolved. Once I waited for someone to pick up the phone for 20 minutes, then gave up in the end. I tried calling at a different time, only to find the lines closed for the weekend. I decided to send an e-mail on Friday nigh insteadt. It's currently Tuesday evening and I still haven't had a response. I'm currently waiting to get through on the phone to someone and once I've resolved the issue I will never purchase from this website again.

We have had some problems in the order in which calls are presented and once this was identified it has been rectified.
