A mockery of a courier company.

Ordered with Amazon, i get home to find the item has been left in my 'safe place' which was outside my front door in my block of flats, no item is found, no phone number on the delivery card so i could check where they had left it. I try the MyYodel website to find there is 'something wrong' with my ticket number. Then 45 minutes on the phone to Yodel to try and get a number or a redelivery, only to be told i need to speak to Amazons lost item department. No effort made to try and find my item. They then give me a phone number for Amazon which turned out to be the number for another Yodel department. Honestly it was the most apathetic customer service i've ever received, it was neither a service or in any way customer orientated. How are they still in business?
