My first EVER experience with boohoo and I was hoping for better things. Ordered a jacket which turned out to be a waistcoat, no sleeves whatsoever. Returned the waistcoat and ordered a new jacket - only to receive said waistcoat again!!!! On reviewing the site where I ordered the jacket, the description clearly said "Elbow detail on jacket" - nice, but there were NO ELBOWS!. Very disappointed and not sure whether to try this site again???? Although I was disappointed with the actual items, the Customer Service and response has been second to none! So WILL give this site another go. So many reviews are positive so perhaps I just had a one-off experience. Looking forward to ordering again!.

Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are upset with the service you have received. sends out thousands of orders a day. With such a large amount it is inevitable, as with other online shopping sites, that hic-ups can occasionally happen. But I can assure you it is only a very small percentage of orders made where problems arise.

As you have now received this item in this condition on two occasions, I have alerted our Quality Control Teams to look in to this as a matter of urgency. I am reluctant to offer you a re-order at this moment in time in case you receive the same item again. Please bear with us whilst our QC Team finish their investigation, as soon as I receive an update I will be in touch.
