I ordered a Konstsmide 7 bulb Christmas Welcome Light with illuminated houses and it arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately one of the glass candles was broken, but I rang the help line and spoke to Dan who arranged a replacememt to be sent immediately.
When the replacement arrived that too was broken in the same place. This time I had not unpacked the light so I photographed the break and the packaging as I could see that the transformer wasprobably moving about during transit causing the break. I rang and spoke again to Dan and sent the photographs via e-mail. Dan has sent me another light without the transformer, as I now have two, and is reviewing the packagng inside the box.
I cannot speak highly enough of the way I have been treated. Dan has been very polite and patient and there has been no hassle over the replacemets. I shall cetainly be using Garden Site again.
