So far I have only received one item that I've ordered. 3 are still to arrive despite being ordered a while ago. (One of which was ordered at the end of July/start of august and still hasn't arrived despite numerous emails being sent to the company- so that was £10 down the drain!)
In short? I'll use wowcher for 'experiences' such as haircut deals etc from now on, but am hesitant to order products again.
