I sent a faulty item back after getting the return code etc from your web site, I didn't receive acknowledgement that you had received it, I sent an email after several weeks still no reply, I then sent another email stating that if this issue was not resolved in one week I was getting in touch with paypal & trading standards the whole issue took over two months to resolve & the replacement came just days after the email &all this time no correspondence until the replacement was sent out I feel that if you had just sent an email stating that it was out of stock or awaiting stock & would be delivered as soon as possible this would have put me at ease. I even had to provide proof of postage that I had returned the item, I feel that this is very poor customer relations.
This is the only time I have had problems with your company but it has made me very wary of ordering anything else!
