Debenhams use Hermes Courier Service which is the worst delivery service you can imagine. I have phoned Debenhams who are more or less saying I will just have to wait. No action at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't contact the delivery service or track my order as , guess what, their tracking service is down!!!! I've used their e-mail messaging service but, guess what, they won't discuss my problem as I didn't arrange the delivery. Hermes have told Debenhams our postcode doesn't exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 They have our phone number but can't be bothered to use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course, the answer is DON'T ORDER FROM DEBENHAMS ON LINE, or do so at your own risk.
This is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. They have told Debenhams that our postcode doesn't exist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone else manages to deliver here. They have our phone number but just can't be bothered to ring. I've now stayed in for 4 days and they expect me to wait in for them until FRIDAY..... another 3 days!!!! the answer is, of course, don't order anything from DEBENHAMS until they use someonw better. I certainley won't be.
