Good information and dependable service

The service offers good service and detail on the hotels. They are quick to address problems that arise with properties, but it´s frustrating that there are search filters that are conspicuously missing, Ie: breakfast included and most importantly, the lack of ability to filter searches to include ONLY properties for which you can use your credits. It took over an hour of looking at every property in a city to find one that did.
