Ordered camera after being let down by multiple out-of-stock-after-order-placed would-be online retailers. Uttingsoutdoors was best price on the web, next day delivery. Tracked all the way by email/txt...arrived next day bang on time. A fantastic web shopping experience. Highly recommended!

Need to do a LOT better to be a proper WEB retailer....
Tried to order a simple camera case....in stock on site....best price on web. Company takes order....next day get the usual out of stock e-mail....stock to follow later in the week. They even admit on their site that they don't hold much stock, particularly on smaller items. NO e-mail address to contact (did find a few searching online but they never reply). All 3 phones lines not working! Eventually managed to get though on the shop one after 2 hours to cancel. Just not good enough chaps....

Ordered a camera which I needed quite quickly (ie in a day or two)....best price on web. Company takes order....next day get the usual out of stock e-mail...."we've just ordered one...in about a week". Just not good enough! You need proper LIVE stock levels to be a proper web retailer! Cancelled order OK on phone and bought it £5 cheaper and next day delivery from uttingsoutdoors.co.uk (brilliant web service there!)
