I ordered 3 items online. I had confirmation they arrived at the Collection ➕I went to collect it and only one item was there. The shop said nothing else had been delivered. I rang up Littlewoods the same day. They said one item had been refused by the shop and returned and the other one definitely delivered. They said an investigation would take place and I would be called in 5 days. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting. I then reorder the rejected item. Delivery was promised on the Monday. No show so I rang up the next day to cancel. The item then turns up later that day. I then return it the next day via a Collection ➕then a driver turns up to collect it. Awful service. Never again
