Impossible to redeem voucher "A pair of light brown boots from Posh Treat"

I bought the voucher for "Snow boots" from Posh Treat and cannot redeem it.
I logged into the website given on the voucher and when I inserted my voucher code but instead of taking me to the payment page I saw a note that my voucher is not valid.
I tried many times and I am sure that my voucher code was exactlly as on my voucher but it was still impossible to go further.
I am upset and I'd like to get a refund.
