Quick service but charges are high

Booked straight forward flights using a credit card - subsequently found I was charged £2 for using a card and a further £11 credit card charge for the branded MasterCard used. On top of this charged between 6 - 7% for using e bookers.

Dear Mr Bacon - the credit card charge is actually the airlines charge as the fare was sold on a retail basis where the airline process the payment and card fee directly from you.

The £2.00 that you can see on your online statement is actually a pre authorisation and is not physically transacted - this will drop off your account in a few days time.
