The blue lights were part of an order and they are great value, unlike the rest of my order which has, sadly, been returned.
The small tea lights are badly made, couldn't see them lasting long and an £18 plastic light ball arrived damaged and of extremely poor quality. I also returned some colour changing light bulbs as they wouldn't work in a normal lamp. It should have been made clear that they are for a belt and not lamps.
I now await a response re my returns.
Must add, however, that my experience of Customer CAre so far has been very positive.
I sent you an e-mail explaining the reasons for one of my purchases expiring, which I felt were valid. In response I believed I had been treated with disdain and extremely patronized (perhaps you have a copy of my reply to same response)
I understand that "rules are rules" but I would have hoped to have been listened to and at least met half way.
