Festive Lights

Delighted with my reduced price outside lights.

The blue lights were part of an order and they are great value, unlike the rest of my order which has, sadly, been returned.

The small tea lights are badly made, couldn't see them lasting long and an £18 plastic light ball arrived damaged and of extremely poor quality. I also returned some colour changing light bulbs as they wouldn't work in a normal lamp. It should have been made clear that they are for a belt and not lamps.

I now await a response re my returns.

Must add, however, that my experience of Customer CAre so far has been very positive.


The deals are good, shame about Customer Services.....

I sent you an e-mail explaining the reasons for one of my purchases expiring, which I felt were valid. In response I believed I had been treated with disdain and extremely patronized (perhaps you have a copy of my reply to same response)
I understand that "rules are rules" but I would have hoped to have been listened to and at least met half way.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel we have not listened to your reasons for not redeeming. We do not as a rule refund for expired wowchers, however we do consider exception circumstances on a case by case basis.

If you could resend your email to with TRUST in the subject we can look into this and see what we can do.
