Shady, unco-operative and untrustworthy - I would have liked no stars

Television ordered for delivery to Ireland a service they offer, on the 10th December 2012. Chased delivery on the 19th to be told it had been delivered. It had not been in fact it had been returned to the sender on the 12th. The tracking details did not relate to the Web site Tracking Number, in fact it was not even the right carrier.
On the 20th Theyprovided me with the POD and tracking details. That was how I advised them they had the TV back.
They wanted me to cancel the order and it would they said take 48-72 hours for the Credit to go back to my account and then re-order. This meant waiting to get a TV ordered for a holiday home that no one would be at, so I re-ordered immediately and awaited the credit. The Credit took 11 days and then only after repeated phone calls.
They confirmed by email that they had the TV back on the 20th but were talking about processing an Insurance claim on the 31st for something they had not lost. The lady said it was their process.
12 days after ordering the replacement TV that has not been delivered either and they cannot even provide me with a tracking number to show that it ever left depite them telling me it had on the 20th. Several phone calls and emails later still not response in the provision of the tracking details or delivery.
I could not even recommend this company as a supplier to my worst enemy. Customer service finishes after the word customer, service does not exist. I have spent hours trying to resolve the problems and would have been better working and earning an extra £50 and dealing with a reputable retailer and banking the savings.

Order one day and fit the next. Just what the customer ordered.

Customer picked the handles on Friday as I finished for the weekend. As per normal a wide choice on offer letting them feel involved and their opinion counted.

I placed my order as I finished up the paperwork for the end of the week.

They were delvered Monday AM and fitted Monday PM. Just like me the customer was impressed with the service.

It enhances the service we offer and I like my customer am happy to give recommendations.
