I live in Australia and wanted to order goods to be delivered in the UK. The system would not allow me to enter my Australian address as my billing address (incorrect post code format) and I had to ring WaterSportsWarehouse to ask how to get round this problem. Entering the delivery address as the billing address was not immediately obvious but if acceptable, this guidance could be included in the online instructions and avoided a Skype call. Once this was resolved over the phone, I could complete the order process. I received an instant email acknowledging my order and e follow up email the same day advising that the goods had been packed and dispatched and a further email one or two days later to tell me they had been delivered. part from the initial issue excellent service. As the goods are a Christmas present and have not been opened, I cannot comment further. I just hope that what I ordered is what was delivered and is in good order!
