I went to the store in Glasgow and bought a Suhr guitar from there. The guys at the store were all very friendly and helpful. I asked to try 4-5 guitars, to compare them with mine, which I had with me. The employ that helped me, Steve was his name, was very polite and patience with all the guitars I tried.
I wanted the guitar to be delivered to my address with courier as I live outside the UK. The whole process was without problems and delivered on time.
I definitely recommend the store.
