I moved to NZ fro Australia and they froze my money. They then wanted a certified copy of my passport sent snail mail which I did. I also emailed them heaps of other stuff. Then after I called them several times and nearly a year later they sent an email saying they refunded the money into my Oz account "Hooray" then they emailed and said they closed my account. It would be nice if they would actually understand their clients and respond in a good manner. I wont use them again as traders are now asking 4% extra if you use Paypal. There are other better ways to pay. Shame on you Paypal.....:(
