My first order for a boiler was quickly delivered. Due a mistake on my part I had to return it and order a new one. This was duly completed with the correct boiler sent out immediately.
The only downside was that the second delivery was in an ordinary van and I was expected to help unload it. I raised the matter with BHL and they have dealt with it.
