Don't expect the flowers you order to be the flowers delivered

I ordered Heaven Scent as a get well gift for my friend to match her furnishings and as a welcome home present.

These flowers are advertised as Mauve Roses, Blue anconitum, Veronica, Lavenda and sweet scented freesia. Not one of these flowers was delivered. I know their is a substitution policy But Substituting ALL of the flowers !!!!!!!
The only flowers that applied to the advertisement of 'Heaven Scent' were Roses and they were pink.
Whilst the flowers were ok that were delivered, they were not the flowers I ordered and For £56.85 I expected the delivered flowers to be the same as I ordered.
Very disappointed customer.

Whilst we allow our florists to make minor changes to our orders, we insist that any substitutions are made within the style and colour scheme of the arrangements chosen by our customers. Essentially, the flowers delivered should closely resemble the images displayed on our website.
