No problems at all

Was a bit hesitant, but sent my phone via Royal Mail tracked delivery (their default suggestion for shipping) and they very quickly sent back a cheque for the phone. no problems, will recommend to friends.

Also purchased an S3 from their sister site and it is perfect, and arrived quickly.
