exceeded my expectation
I ordered the basin and it was delivered 2 days later in about 20 pieces! I rang and left a message at 7.30 that night and by 8.45 next morning I had received a call from Bob advising that another was on its way by overnight delivery. This duly arrived next day in one piece. Excellent service!!

We recognise that the items we supply are fragile and in the event of an item being damaged we do act immediately when the problem is reported to us, so we are happy that sending the replacement out straight away was helpful in sorting it out simply and quickly for you.
