I ordered a Pedestal Mat to check that the colour was as shown on the Rug Houses's website - it arrived quickly, and was the right colour, a warm Beige Sand to go with my new carpet. I had been unable to locate such a colour anywhere else.
I then set about ordering the rest of my order 'online' - there was a slight problem with the site which was rectified immediately when I phoned the company direct, and I was able to proceed with the online order. It was particularly pleasing to find a 10% discount offer for making a second purchase.
Again, my order arrived promptly and in good condition. I would certainly use this company again, and recommend it to my friends. Well done!
