Great delivery, good communication but yet to try the product

The delivery of the product was fantastic. They kept me informed at each stage and the parcel arrived bang on time. The box was a little rough around the edges (to be expected with a refurbished product though), but the actual box was well wrapped and looks in relatively good condition. It's a Christmas preset for someone else so we're yet to see if it works fine too.
