Very good communication via emails but slow and expensive delivery. Could be improved dramatically.

Thanks for your feedback. Sorry you experienced a slow delivery. You placed your order at 10:30pm and it was dispatched the very next day. We totally rely on Royal Mail who are in general excellent but on rare occasions can take longer than 2 days to deliver our orders.
We do state on every page that we offer free delivery for all orders over £5 but I've refunded the delivery charge for you this time.
