Daniel dealt great with me, I'm glad there is a company in the world which actually cares. I had a failed pick-up collection yesterday and I wasted the whole day waiting for them to turn up. They didn't, and I was rather upset by this as I've never had bad experiences with P2G EVER!
I spoke to the chat representative, Daniel. He was a star! He apologised throughly, and as a good will gesture changed the courier and gave me next day service, FREE!!
To put the icing on the cake they also sent me a £5 code to use the next time I arrange a courier with them. Talk about spectacular service!
