Well firstly on arrival in France my transfer never actually turned up at the airport! I rang all numbers listed on my booking confirmation and received no answer which resulted in us paying 100Euros in taxi fare to the hotel. The next day we rang the transfer company who told us we should have been given different information on the pick up off Resort Hoppa (which we didn't receive). He then told us he would email Resort Hoppa and tell them we need to be refunded.
On returning home I rang Resort Hoppa to complain and ask for a refund and they told me to email their customer services (who you can't contact via phone). I have since emailed and phones numerous times and been told that it will be delt with shortly. They have even used excuses such as 'our customer services team has just moved from Spain to England so things are taking a bit longer', which was a lie because in the phone call prior to that the woman said customer services were in the next room to her!!
I wrote the complaint in mid October and still have received NOTHING back now!! Do not use the company unless you want to be stranded at an airport and waste your money!!!
