RUBBISH. WON'T EVER USE IT AGAIN

I ordered 2 dresses for next day delivery, didn't receive a confirmation email but received one saying they had been dispatched. When the parcel got delivered they had only sent me 1 of the dresses, which was poor quality anyway! And hadn't give me any reason to which why they'd only sent me one. So I emailed them, and got a reply about 4 days later saying it was due to a technical problem, and the dress was out of stock, yet they still let me buy it!! I received a refund for the dress that dress but they still had the cheek to take £3 postage off me, so once again emailed them and waiting for a reply.
I then returned the dress that they actually sent about 11 days ago and have NOTHING from them. I emailed them 2 days ago asking if they have receive my item but still no reply.
Really disappointed as I was counting on them dresses for a Christmas party and never going to order from them again!!!
Overall a SHOCKING website
