Great product, reasonanble price, speedy service, good communication, what more can one want!

I ordered and received an acknowledgement straight away, followed up by a delivery date. Reidys used DPD carriers, which I must say adds to the experience, as they email and text you directly the day before delivery with a 1hr time slot that the driver will arrive. Sure enough, they arrived within that hour, which is a god send with a large heavy parcel. To be honest, the guitar is the guitar and should be the same from any store, but it's the price and service that sets Reidys apart from others and from my experience this was very good.
