Lords of Notting Hill

Satisfactory, but 3rd party delivery let them down

I ordered a Brabantia bin from Lords of Notting Hill which I received in excellent condition. No problem with ordering and item was dispatched same evening. Very efficient.
Only problem I had was not with Lords of Notting Hill but rather Yodel, which has a terrible reputation. Delivery did not occur next working day as promised but the day after in late afternoon, and considering I paid a delivery fee of £3.95 I was dissatisfied but not surprised.
I contacted Lords of Notting Hill who raised the matter with Yodel. No offer of delivery refund (though I didn't ask) and I was not called back after my second phone call to update me on when I could expect the product. Lords of Notting Hill did however apologise and I was satisfied overall with their service.
