Delivered to wrong address still not sorted

I sent a parcel via collect+, they gave it to Yodel to deliver. Delivered to wrong address 20 miles away, Taking 5 days so far Yodel keep saying will collect on specified day - no show, what a surprise NOT - having to rely on total stranger on staying in and thats not good. Still waiting confirmation of pick up and redirection 7 days later.
Feel sorry for collect+ (sort of)
