I ordered an Asus UL30A laptop. It was very competitively priced, arrived within the indicated time by DPD, and I added on a stylish Knomo laptop bag which was on special offer at £20.
I had ordered a highly priced HTC Touch Pro from this company twice. First time, no problem. Second time, an absolute catastrophe. The courier was sloppy, left the delivery with the neighbour without notifying us. The phone was faulty, they promised a replacement, but none was in stock so I asked for a refund. Three weeks after returning the faulty phone, I am still waiting for my refund. I think they either employ a deliberate technique of postponing or they are really short of customer service staff.
