Good customer service

I placed my original order online but when it arrived one of the items was damaged. I called Pet Supermarket to advise them of this and to request a replacement. The customer service advisor (sorry I forgot your name!) was very helpful and immediately arranged a replacement without any fuss.
I regularly order from Pet Supermarket and there is only twice I've received damaged goods. On both occasions the items have been replaced as quickly as possible and without any fuss and you don't have to wait forever to get to speak to someone when you call.
The products are good quality and competitively priced, the staff are friendly and helpful.
I will definitely continue to use Pet Supermarket.
