Great offers but had problems with delivery

Great offers, customer care very helpful! But problems with deliveries taking very long or on 2 occasions not being delivered till a dispute was opened

Thank you for your feedback, as wowcher do not despatch any products directly we unfortunately have very little control over delivery times however if a customer is having any difficulty in receiving their goods we advise that they contact us so that we can liaise with the merchant to ensure a swift resolution.
