I bought a pair of boots from River Island as a xmas present.
Everything was fine i had to pay for delivery which i was happy with as they didn't haven them in store for collection.
I received a Txt from River Island on the 11/12/12 state the delivery tracking details.
I went on this hermes website and my tracking details said Delivered to Secure Location.
I found that quite estrange as i wasn't at home and i leave in a flat.
i try contacting the company and as we all know they have no contact numbers so i decided to call River Island.
When i spoke to the advisor she explained that my parcel was left at my building front door.
I didn't received it were are closing up to xmas and i will know have to go out and find a replacement as i wont trust the package to be delivered.
I Really don't recommend also after reading al the comments on this website i defiantly do not recommend to anyone this company is a waste of time.
