Placed two orders over two days, money taken and confirmation emails received.
Logged onto site a few days later to find only one order showing which was partially cancelled. No email notifying of this.
Phoned about the other order not showing on my account and was told that it was out for delivery no problem, Great I think until it arrived and low and behold part of the order had again been cancelled, NO EMAIL and NOT even and explanation in the package I did receive. it seems this company don't have a clue as even customer service can't access the account other than to say its out for delivery. I am still waiting for a response re the other order so all in all not a company I would chose to deal with again after I get my money returned!!
Do a search on the net you will find this is not an isolated or sour grapes review!!
