very poor services

Made a order finally after spending 2hours on their site and not getting nowhere. Had to call to make the order after getting nowhere on their site and they blamed large demands. Was on the phone for nearly 2 hours and very costly too after the call I chilled thinking it was all done and I have what I want. Days later they email me to say they not got some of my items. I'm soo angry with them as they took my money send told me they was in stock. Called to complain and staff are crap all they say sorry madame!!! Well that not good enough. I paid and even much order came in dribs and drabs. I think their site and customer services is Shit! ! Now I'm one very angry customer. Fix your site Deberhams stop wasting people's time and money!!!!! Would not even give them 1 star but won't let me post unless I rate them!!!
