I wish I'd read the reviews before using this company. I sent a parcel on 27th Nov and as at 1.00pm today (12th Dec) it has still not been delivered. Excuses so far offered have been "unable to gain access", "wrong postcode" (this one was given 4 times despite my checking and double checking and yes it is the right postcode) "parcel given to wrong courier", "recipient refused delivery" (this one was just a blatant lie).
Finally after dozens of emails backwards and forwards, on each occasion being promised that the parcel would be delivered "tomorrow" I was informed that the actual problem was the PO Box address. (No-one seemed to have noticed this in the ten days we had been corresponding by email and they had been offering excuse after excuse and false promises.
Be aware if you use this company that customer service email responses do not actually answer the questions I have asked. Some of their responses have been officious bordering on rude. You can not speak to a real person whatever you do. They are refusing to refund me despite their dreadful service and the bottom line is that today (12th Dec) they STILL have a parcel containing a valuable watch which should have been delivered to the repair centre on 29th Nov. Despite offering an alternative address and being promised delivery on Monday 10th, I can get no sense out of customer services and I am beginning to despair of ever seeing my watch again. All this to save £1.00 on what Royal Mail would have charged. NEVER AGAIN
