Very, very slow service

Can't fault them on their iPhone app with the integrated barcode scanner - made the process very easy. This is as far as my praise goes unfortunately. I used the free courier collection service which seemed excellent as they collected my goods at the time they stated however it took ten days for the goods to make it to the depot - almost quicker to walk it there myself! It then took four days for them to look through the box and another day until they contacted me to confirm my bank details. Once I had confirmed these, another two days passed before they notified me that the payment had been made and a further three days until the money appeared in my account. I understand that they say it can take 14 working days but I never actually expected it to take that long - not when other companies like Mazuma Mobile take about three and their service includes posting you something first!!
To top it off, all the emails that they send you (of which there were five after I'd sent the package) arrive between 4AM & 6AM which is fine if you only log into your emails on your computer but not when most people have smart phones that are probably kept by their bed overnight!
