Ordered a couple of bottles of perfume on the telephone to find that one bottle was either old stock or with an old label. Later confirmed it was old stock. Then a few weeks later, we thought we would give your company another try and placed an order for a bottle of perfume, different brand and two candles. This order was placed online and accepted.
Only then to be told that the candles were out of stock. We continued with the order and requested a couple of samples of the same range and were sent none!!!
