They don't deliver and you can't complain

We received a calling card stating that DPD had been unable to deliver and that they would deliver on the following day. The next day, despite someone being home all day, they failed to deliver the parcel or a further card. Like another reviewer, I saw their van outside the house on that day, but nobody knocked on the door.

We then found out that the parcel had been delivered elsewhere. When we contacted DPD through their website, we were told that we would receive a response within 24 hours. That was two days ago.
