Best Service ever!

I ordered a scooter fro my daughter and requested standard delivery (2-3 days). Immediately I received a message to say that my item had been processed and was ready for dispatch. I got a further message to say that it would actually be delivered the following day, giving me the name of the delivery guy and an hours time window when it would be delivered. I must say I was slightly dubious about it being delivered between 12pm - 1pm but low and behold it was. the whole process from ordering on line to receipt of the goods was 24 hours. The level of service was excellent and I would highly recommend using Rawk.
