DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Very poor customer service and extremely unreliable delivery service.

I placed an order with DivanBedsWorld and selected a delivery date for Wednesday 5th December for a Divan Bed and Headboard. I left my full contact details and the booking confirmation advised that in advance of delivery I would receive a call or text reminder. No such reminder came. I called after sales support who confirmed that the bed would be delivered on Weds 5th. I waited in all day but only recieved the headboard. I called after sales on Thursday morning and was informed that te bed was dispatched with a different courier who did not have my full address so was unable to deliver. They re-booked for Friday 7th . I again took the day off work to wait in. Again the bed was not delivered. After further calls to DIvanBedsWorld after sales team I was given another appointment for Wednesday 12th December.

Having been disappointed twice before I called the company as soon as it opened at 9am to confirm the delivery was scheduled. I was reassured that it was and that all the details were with the courier firm. As the day progressed I called the team at least 4 times to ask that they ensure that the courier had my contact details and made contact with me should they have problems locating my address (there are local diversions in place). At 2:30 I was finally told that the courier did not have my full address so the bed would not be delivered that day but would be delivered on Thursday, therefore requiring me to take yet another day off work. I objected to this and asked to speak to the after sales manager but was told that she was engaged on another call and would call me back. I waited 20 mins and having received no call back called again. The after sales advisor was very ABRUPT and UNSYMPATHETIC, saying that I only called 20 mins ago and that [name removed] - the manager - has the message and would return my call when she was free.
At the point of writing this I still await a call from [name removed].

In desperation I have contacted the courier company Nightflight Freight directly and they have agreed an early morning delivery for tomorrow morning before 9.30am.
The team at Nightflight Freight were in contrast to DivanBedsWorld Staff, helpful and professional. It remains to be seen if I will finally receive my bed tomorrow morning!!!

I apologize as you were not advise delivery will be seperate carriers, please allow me to look into your order and to contact you to resolve this matter for you.
