Navigation poor

Apart from the aforementioned problems re streaming and adverts when resuming play which are annoying. ITV player is lagging far behind with easy navigation of the site. It is difficult to browse through programs that are available. No option to 'favourite' a program so you can easily find the next episode next time you log in. Having a last viewed window is just not enough for the user to personalise his or her viewing options. What is the point of registering to the site if you can't personalise it?

Please please, sort it out ITV. I now have ITV as an app on my Smart TV and that is even worse for navigation.
