I order a lot of stuff online and as ever I cringed when I received that dreaded email from DPD to say they are the courier. How any company still uses this pathetic excuse of a courier service is beyond me. Terrible service, lies about attempted deliveries, can't speak to a human on the phone and late packages. These are just some of the problems I've had with DPD (Delayed Package & Delivery) in the past 6 months. 3/10 stars just show how disgraceful the service with this company is, and the 10star reviews look very suspect and the majority look like they've been written by an 8 year old One Direction fan, which I can only assume are the employees.
Once again today, your package will be delivered between 13.34-14.34? Will it f****! Once again I will receive another pathetic email saying attempted delivery failed. Useless bunch of c****. I want to refrain from using bad language, but the problems I've had with your company are outrageous and NEVERENDING! 6 times in the last 6 months my items have been in possession, and never have they arrived on time or to when you say.
I work in an extremely accessible office, with a reception who will even direct you to my exact desk, it's not like you're climbing Everest is it!
So I guess tomorrow I will await another email for an hour when my package will arrive, but like a child of a divorved family awaiting his father to pick him up to take him to see his favourite football team, that time nevercomes.
PS You are worse than the devil, XFactor and traffic wardens.
