I haven't used Music Magpie before but I thought it would be a simple process. It generally was though it was much slower than I had anticipated. I opted for a 'Collect' service which I thought was great as I didn't have to be in the house at the time. I didn't get an email to say it had been collected for days (I thought they may have been stolen). I actually contacted 'Support' but the next day got an email saying they had been picked up, had not arrived at the warehouse but were on their way (this was 1 week after collection). Music Magpie were good at emailing in the second week to keep me updated but it did feel a bit long-winded.
