Do not use E2SAVE!! Twice now they have refused to send me my CASHBACK claims, costing me nearly £100!!! The first one, they claim to have received the claim too late and on the second, with a different contract, they claim I sent in the wrong month!! They admitted to not having sent me the email with correct info, despite my chasing them, but still refused to pay me the £67 owed to me for month 6!!! An awful company, will not use again.
When I suggested that I must have made a mistake by thinking that September's bill would be Bill No. 6 (having started the contract at the end of March), and would they honour the bill, they refused saying it was too late. Well, the fact I'd also rang them in October to find out where my claim was and no-one returned any of my calls - instead I was met with an ansaphone message saying the claim was being dealt with, they were obviously hoping for this result.
A dishonest company which doesn't respect its customers.
