NOT GREAT

I HAVE ALWAYS BOOKED WITH ALPHAROOMS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BUT THIS TIME I BOOKED THE BLUE SEA DUNAIS WE WERE DROPPED OFF THERE BUT THEY HAD NO CONFORMATION OF OUR BOOKING SO WE WERE SENT TO A DIFFERENT APARTMENTS IT WAS DARK AND WE HAD TO WALK THERE WITH OUR CASES WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED AS WE REALLY WANTED TO STAY WERE WE HAD BOOK AND PAID FOR I HAVE RANG ALPHAROOMS AND AM HOPING FOR SOME SORT OF COMPENSATION!!!!!!!!!! WATCH THIS SPACE
