I ordered from missguided back in November, assumed it was a genuine authentic company, clearly I was very wrong. I ordered 4 dresses costing a total of £65 which I was then charged double for and received 2 exact same parcels for. When I got the items the colours were completely different to on the website and the quality of the dresses was very poor. I returned both full parcels on the 27th of November and still 16 days later have received no refund. So I am down £130 with no refund even though I have returned the dresses.
I wanted to speak to someone directly to get this dealt with as soon as possible but 'customer services don't have a phone number' how convenient. I have emailed numerous times requesting a refund and asking for a direct contact number, no refund and no number given, just replies saying it can take 15 days to process a refund - it has now gone 15 days and it is just ridiculous! Missguided is a scam of a company! I don't wish this on anyone! Be warned do not order from this company it really isn't worth it.
