added - I just read your response, I clearly said that it was a direct with wowcher deal NOT with merchant. I was told this by phone by you too, the person on the phone did not know if I would get tracking, seems bizarre. I repeat no merchant site redemption, it is direct with wowcher.

Got 2 line email saying successfully redeemed, delivery within 14 days, nothing else.
Expensive item.
Never come across a company that gives so little info eg. you should always get an email confirming the address sent to and when it will be dispatched and then followed by updated tracking details.
It is early days so I will see if they get back to me with anymore info.
but tracking is essential.
